Today, we’re in November. The seasons get colder. Is this a reason to stop ourselves from having fun teambuilding games? Absolutely not! There are many choices of indoor games. In this article, I’m going to list 10 of them.
Create a game where people scan QR codes and get a quiz from it. In a given time, the more quizzes answered, the more points players get. And despite the fact that it’s indoor, you can make it sporty: People have to run all across the office building in order to get the QR! The Loquiz platform offers a QR hunt that you can set up anywhere.

When we’re indoors, it’s the right time to have fun cooking or tasting wine, or tea. What if you associate these activities with fun? You can create a quiz aside from the tasting session. The question can be about what you eat or drink, but it can also be about the history behind these.
Create a game in which one player must be the mysterious murderer. Then, through a series of small challenges, make all the players guess who’s the impostor… Unless they get all eliminated! The replayability of this game is huge, so expect players to ask again for rounds.
If you have dozens or hundreds of players, choosing a team-building activity can be challenging. But what if you create a massive quiz played in a large conference room? Here’s one example: AI Quiz. You just need to give one topic to the agent, and it will quickly create a quiz playable by all your audience. Try it out, it’s fun!
Currently, the escape games are trendy. The principle is often the same: Players are locked somewhere, and they need to escape through a series of riddles. You can play it in Escape Rooms: Your city most probably has one. But you can also set up an indoor escape game in your office. For example, you can set up the Ugly Sweater Escape.
Some people enjoy board games. If your players are people who enjoy these, then board games are among the best activities you can provide! Bring some popular board games (such as Catan, Monopoly, etc.) and playing cards, then let the players choose their preferred game and decide whom they want to play with. It’s quite easy to set up, as you won’t need to facilitate much during the event.
What if you transform your whole office into a casino? Like in the series “The Office“! Transform one of your rooms into an entertaining place with Blackjack, roulette, and Poker tables. It can be a fun initiation for some of your workmates who have never entered a casino.
Note: I recommend not using real money for such an event. Use chips only, make it fun, not competitive!

Have you already dreamed of playing a different character in front of your teammates? This is possible, in a fun way. In most cities, there is always a place where improvisation sessions are managed. That’s also something you can do in your own office.
Prepare a list of photos to take. There are always funny photo setups. For example, you can ask the players to make a selfie depending on different common points they share: “Find someone who grew up in the countryside.”, “Find someone whose first name has the same length as yours.” or “Find someone who believes in aliens.”. We actually included these questions in our game called “Connections“.

People like to build things: Lego boats, spaghetti towers, paperboard skyscrapers. Most team-building companies offer this kind of activity. It’s popular because it requires good teamwork between the players. And this can be a good reflection on how to have better teamwork during our work.
If you need more ideas, or if you require a specific game for your event that is not yet included in my list, please feel free to contact me! I would be happy to help you set up an engaging team-building game for your next event.
