Bulk generate QR codes for your Loquiz tickets

Loquiz allows you to generate hundreds of tickets, each with a unique password and a given username, in just a few clicks. You can easily export these tickets as a .csv file for automatic distribution to your customers.

However, in some cases, you might prefer to have each username and password as a usable QR code. This is useful if you want to print a set of QR codes and attach them to flyers for your customers. For example, this method is convenient for a museum or venue selling a Loquiz game through its flyers.

Tutorial

First, generate tickets from your Loquiz account. This support article explains how to proceed.

Then export the .csv (don’t forget to filter first, e.g. search for the game name). The output file name should be “ticket.csv”. Do not modify it yet.

Now, go to ChatGPT and ask the following prompt and include the .csv file. It should work on the free version.

From tickets.csv file, please replace each line with the corresponding username password for each line: loquiz://username/password

Then the AI should return you a .csv file. Its content has to look like this:

Note: The username and passwords are just examples here. They follow the structure loquiz://USERNAME/PASSWORD

Now go to a bulk QR generator such as this website. Select all the content of the .csv file generated by ChatGPT, then copy-paste it on this website. And you’re done! If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message.

Note: This tool is free until 100 generated QR code.
