Games and Events have merged

Important news from Loquiz. Games and Events are now united and, thus, will be called – Games. Here’s also the previous article about the switch: https://loquiz.com/2020/01/21/sneak-peek-games-and-events-will-merge-in-pro/

Therefore, game names are from now on event names and one game is equal to one event. This update is not influencing opening or running the games in the app.

About existing games and events. The games you used in multiple events converted into individual games with their unique event configurations. In addition to that, the game names replaced with the event names.

The purpose of merging is to make your game production process easy and convenient and to keep all configurations in one place. We encourage you to take a look into the updated configurations view and discover what’s new there 🙂

For an added advantage, there is a new feature in the brand-new games configurations view – the meeting point. The meeting point refers to the after-game gathering location. This is optional for the game creators.

In other words, when the meeting point is turned on and when the game will be over because of the time limit or having all tasks completed, the app guides the players to go to the meeting point.

When the meeting point is not assigned, then the game is merely finishing when the time will be over or the last task is completed and the players are not guided to any meeting point.

After-game meeting point configurations.
