When we make a Loquiz outdoor game, it’s important to consider the following: Walking distances. You’ll need to measure the game distances based on your type of player and game duration.
I built a calculator that will allow you to estimate what’s a good distance for your game.
Plan a great outdoor game
Tell us about your players and your game. We’ll suggest a comfortable distance range for your route.
Once you have these estimations, go to your Loquiz game. Use the built-in ruler to determine if the distance matches: Click on the buttons that are on the top left of the map view. The “m” button lets you change the units, so you can switch from imperial to metric.

Here’s the reason why I wrote this article tool: It’s easy for us as creators to make games where the players walk very long distances (like 10km). In that way, I recommend toning down the distance in favor of more quizzes. Unless the clients specifically request a certain distance.
