Play the new Escape Appalachians game template for your next team-building event

Winter is coming, and in terms of team-building events: It’s the high season! Companies are demanding: They want games, but they want to be surprised with thrilling experiences.

So that’s why we came up with a new game concept that uses a feature for indoor games: The multiple devices per team. When your team plays, each member uses their own device (while we charge for 1 team at a time).

To make a game fun to play, it needs an immersive story.

The legends of the Appalachian Mountains are trending. So we came up with a story that will immerse you in it: You’ll be lost in this mysterious area. And you’ll need to escape before the night sets in… Because legends say that there are a lot of monsters (a.k.a. cryptids) out there!

Fortunately, you’ll make a surprising encounter that will save your lives…

Your new friend will ask you to take a few pictures

As a team-building game, it also includes a survey. Answer as many survey tasks as possible, and a custom results page will let you know what profile your team is. Are you the Healers (supportive, friendly), the Warriors (achievers, performers), or the Diviners (planners, strategists)?

Test a solo version

Here’s a solo version of the game. It won’t use the “multiple devices per team” feature as the original game, but you’ll be able to enjoy the story itself.

First of all, download Loquiz from Google Play or AppStore

Then open the app and scan the following QR code (or input the username/password):

Enjoy!

If you have any questions on how to set this game up, feel free to send me a message.
