Two gyms in Sweden tried Loquiz as a team activity for their staff and members. They all had a great time when physical challenges were combined with anatomical quiz questions. The result? – Lots of sweat and laughter!
The content of the check points was both the workout of the body and the brain for Energilyftet and STC gyms. Some check points were questions about anatomy and training in general, and some were constructed as challenges, for example ”The entire team does 100 combined squats ”.
The photo check points were of physical character, such as form a human pyramid or perform a handstand. The game area was larger than for a usual Scavenger game due to the fact that most teams ran the entire course. The time cap was 60 mins, which was enough for them to get to a reasonable amount of check points but not too long as it would have been physically too challenging.
The gyms used this as the marketing event, inviting their members to bring non-members with them to play the Loquiz game in order to introduce them the facilities and instructors.
