We’ve launched a new version of the GemParis Tour with improved logic and graphics. It uses the Creator, so you get more flexibility! Moreover, we updated the different venues: Some of them were available when others became inaccessible.
With GemParis Tour, you can play it from anywhere; from Paris or from your home on the other side of the world!
The guide offers the players a gamified mechanism: Each location has either one quiz question or one funny picture to take. In that way, the discovery becomes more enjoyable!
A tour full of Gems across Paris
As a native Parisian, I created this tour. I let you explore hidden corners of the world’s most visited capital through 22 secret “gems”. Most of them are known by anyone visiting Paris:
- Eiffel Tower, the most iconic monument of this city
- Louvre Museum, the largest museum in the world
- Champs Élysées Avenue, some of the most beautiful street
- Etc
As a local, I added some other underrated hidden gems:
- Madeleine Castle: A beautiful fort with a panorama over the Chevreuse Valley, where rich Parisians from the 18th century used to go for vacation
- Train Bleu restaurant: One of the most luxurious restaurants, including wonderful hand-painted ceiling decorations. Mr Bean went to that restaurant!
- British Street: A small street with a unique style: Every house has the same style as in the UK. It feels like visiting another country!
- Etc
Please note that GemParis Tour isn’t comprehensive: If I had to display all the monuments in Paris, It would need thousands of tasks!
Your own tour in your own city
Just copy the game into your account, then you can move all pins at once. From there, edit the pins, the content, and the graphics. Then you have your own Gem “Your Town” Tour.
