Speaker 1

Hello and welcome to Bring Your Game On series. We are today with Nadan from Team Dynamics and he’s going to introduce us a very cool game. So thank you for joining us.

00:22 – 00:24

Speaker 2

Well, thank you for having me. Hmm.

00:26 – 00:31

Speaker 1

I think it would be good just to kick off with the presentation, and the floor is yours.

00:31 – 01:11

Speaker 2

Okay. So, again, hi. My name is Nadine. I’m from, uh, I’m the owner of a company called Team Dynamics, located in Israel working all over the world. We’ve been around the block since November 2017, creating many games over the years. But today I’m going to bring out a game bring up a game called Battle Bingo, which had become our leading superstar game with tens of thousands of people going through this game both online and out in the field.

01:11 – 01:55

Speaker 2

Okay. So originally the game was planned to be an outdoor game. This is how it was built. We used the bingo structure, which I will show you in a minute because it is very easy for people to understand the winning conditions. We wanted to make a simple game and one of the ways to simplify the game was to make sure that everybody knows what the winning conditions are. So if you tell everyone who ever played Bingo, you’re going to play bingo. They know that they need to complete a role, a column, an X, a frame or the entire form. First, they have to be the first one to do this, to win to win prizes.

01:55 – 02:28

Speaker 2

Unlike other games that we’ve created and we see on the market, this game is all about winning prizes as as the event progressed. And so people don’t wait until the end to win the prizes. They keep winning the prizes. We actually call it stealing prizes from the main pile. There are five prizes, one for each achievement, and the fifth prize is actually not for the entire card the ticket filled, but for the highest scoring the game.

02:28 – 03:03

Speaker 2

So this games allows a lot of strategy and you will see the real soon. So you will understand why the rewards are calling for collaboration all over. These are not google reels that if you know the answer you or if you don’t was the first president of the United States or something like that. These are riddles that incorporate associated thinking. And because of the way they’re built, five people can solve them together. Actually, when we have four people trying to figure out what’s going on, it’s better than like one person doing this.

03:04 – 03:44

Speaker 2

Okay, so that whole strategy, it involves solving riddles. I’m going to start by showing the basic elements of of the game. I want to share my screen in seconds, but I want to make some people come to this battle. Bingo. Are thinking that if they know bingo, they know this game. So in regular bingo, each person gets a different card, different ticket with different number arrangements, and the host just pulls out different numbers. And then you hope that the numbers that were pooled are like allow you to finish a combination.

03:44 – 04:04

Speaker 2

This game works a little bit backwards. Everybody has the same ticket. And everyone chooses which cars they want to pool, kind of which bowls or which places they want to mark. The choice is not just, Oh, I want to do this and that. This is it. They have to actually go there to pick it up in the field.

04:04 – 04:52

Speaker 2

So I’m just going to talk about the mechanism of the game. This is actually the beginning of the presentation of the battle. Bingo, the online or the kind of in one place, a kind of a presentation battle bingo in not the outside, but it follows pretty much the same rules. So I’m going to share my screen now. Okay. So this is how it’s. I’ll try to share my screen to optimize for video. Okay. So I’m going to show you how it starts. This is again, this starts for the online version. And then also I’ll show you how both games actually divert to different types of mechanism. So let’s begin.

2 How does the game start?

Tags: bingo ticket, outdoor games, indoor games, Game, instruction, online game, animation, film, Password, Theme, App, Music, Circle, Map, Blue Eagle Mark, Key, Earth

05:24 – 05:58

Speaker 2

Okay. So this is how the game starts with a lot of music and actually the game through its entirety, I don’t know, will have a chance to show how the screen looks to make a screen recordings for this. But if we do, you will see that it has very cool animation all over the place, even inside the app. Everything you do is like there is a movie coming out and then some some swirl of fire, water or earth and air. It’s a very cool game that’s in.

05:58 – 06:26

Speaker 2

So. As for the instructions, people simply put in the regular username password, they start and then put in their theme. The next thing that they’re going to see in the online game, they’re only going to see or the presentation game, the they only going to we’re just going to call them indoor games and outdoor games. Okay. For now, from now on. So in the indoor games, they’re just going to see the bingo ticket just like this.

06:27 – 07:19

Speaker 2

Okay. In in the outdoor game that they’re going to see the bingo ticket, but they’re also going to see the map, which I will show you. So basically the way that the game is built is that there are 36 three. Each one is represented by one of these colorful circles with icons inside them. It doesn’t matter if the team gets it correct or incorrect, they will still have the tickets marked. So I have a question. I got it incorrect. I will still get an X at the relevant place in the ticket. Okay. If I got the the Blue Eagle one over here in the upper corner, I will still get Blue Eagle Mark. But if I get it correctly, I will also get the points. And this is a key, very important element in the game because you always move forward in this game. Even if you get it wrong, you move moved one step forward.

3 What are the reels? How do they work?

Tags: Score, Game, Prize, first prize, outdoor game, Winning, indoor game, online games, Bingo, Combo, Campbell Eagle, Role, difficulty, reel, Fun, bonus, Riddle, Casino, Icon, combination

07:20 – 07:44

Speaker 2

Okay, Thor, one of your winning competitions. So points depend on the difficulty level of the question. Earth, water and fire. Okay. Air is the easiest. Fire is the hardest, of course. And points are important for two reasons. The first reason is that the first prize is given to the team that got the most amount of points.

07:45 – 08:24

Speaker 2

Okay. And the second reason is the middle across here, there is a middle cross with numbers on it. This will activate. This will actually get marked. Only when you get to the particular score. So until you got 130 points, you will not get 130 points marked. Okay. So everything every row, every column, everything goes through the middle acts as you will see. Okay. And we will cross not x nine icons in the game. Okay. We’re not we have it in the instruction page, but we’re not expecting people to know this during the game.

08:24 – 08:49

Speaker 2

The thing about these icons that they can give you come combos. What does it mean? There are four riddles from each icon. If you complete all four eagles correctly. It will have some animation on the screen of Campbell Eagle with fire spinning around and water and like, everything is splashing together. And then you see the eagle and just Campbell Eagle and you get bonus points.

08:51 – 09:25

Speaker 2

So once you start playing, it’s like a slot machine in a casino. It’s like it keeps beeping and giving bonuses. It’s a lot of fun. It’s built to be like a lot of fun and action. You can actually also get combos for four elements if you get all the air correct or earth or water. These are like higher numbers. So you can win four prizes in the game first thing or person to complete a role column an X. A frame, and of course the high score will get prizes.

09:27 – 10:26

Speaker 2

The way this mechanism works is that if you get a roll for any of these combinations, you will see a Bingo flashing on your screen and it will give you a secret war. So we’re not telling people to shout bingo because everyone shouts bingo and we don’t know who shouted being in it. So we give them secret wars like Cowabunga or or Zoltan or Xavier or all sorts of stuff that they will not say randomly. And so we put these there will see the word first time to write down the words in the chats, wins the prize. So even if they’re 10th place, even then, even if they’re the 100th place out of over 100 teams, if they got the role first, it’s theirs. Okay. So if they wrote the word first, when we do it in there, it’s the first one. The child’s scores they don’t have. We see them. They don’t have to write these checks. Oh, this is all the old DA. And we know that they that they got this piece.

10:27 – 11:02

Speaker 2

Okay. This is another element only for online games. So I’m not going to go too much into it. But these if you answer incorrectly one of the diagonal questions, then you’ve got a block on the bingo. They disappear over time. When you pass the 400 points number, they start disappearing and switching into marks. Okay. I’m going to show you the reels right now, the way they work. Again, this is how the online game works. The indoor game works the outdoor game. It simply pops up the two first questions and then I will show you how they worked.

11:02 – 11:32

Speaker 2

Okay, so there are two types of riddles in the game besides for the reels that you want to feed yourself. So I will talk about that later. But this game is highly adjustable and a customizable. We can create an entire game that’s about a company we usually don’t recommend, but we can. Okay. We usually don’t recommend it, but we can. You can do it about whatever you want. It’s to make music that’s important. But the readers are very special and I’m going to show you why.

4 What is the series about?

Tags: next picture, indoor game, Game, Series, Riddle, Four Seasons, Number, film, remote control, Presentation, Bing, Connection, Arrow, Phone, Row, trial, App, Event, Lock, Press

11:32 – 11:51

Speaker 2

So this is the first question, like first type of question. It’s the type is series. It’s a series. And you can when there is a series, you will see at the top what is the next picture and arrows so always from left to right. So I’m going to ask you really, what is what is the series about?

11:53 – 11:54

Speaker 1

Think it is number.

11:55 – 12:06

Speaker 2

It’s numbers. Bing, bing, bing. It’s numbers, right? So it’s numbers. Then what would be the next element here? What’s missing?

12:06 – 12:07

Speaker 1

I think it’s four.

12:08 – 12:11

Speaker 2

Okay, so what would it be? A, B, C or the.

12:12 – 12:15

Speaker 1

Maybe. Maybe. Then it’s eight. The.

12:16 – 12:23

Speaker 2

And so these aides not for it is a number, but the question was, what is the next number?

12:24 – 12:25

Speaker 1

Four seasons.

12:25 – 12:32

Speaker 2

It’s four seasons. Great for all of you watching. We planned for her to get this mistake, so she got.

12:32 – 12:33

Speaker 1

To get this. Took time.

12:38 – 13:10

Speaker 2

So it seemed right. Okay. So this is a trial. One question. It pops on their screen when they play outdoor. They see it on the screen when it’s indoor. This is the second type of question. It says there is a connection between the pictures. Okay. So there’s a connection. It’s not a series. If you know what’s how they’re connected, then the next picture doesn’t complete it. It kind of speaks to it. Okay, so what is the next picture? What is not the next picture.

13:10 – 13:15

Speaker 1

I would go for B because you need a hand to play this game.

13:16 – 13:42

Speaker 2

Okay. Rock, paper, scissors. B, the hand grades. Okay. So just to tell all of you, because you’re not holding the app right now, so you can’t see how it actually works. But in the indoor game, we actually have a lock with remote control that we’ve created over the phone. And so we simply when we put something on the screen, we press one and then it opens up on the EPS for everyone to answer.

13:42 – 14:31

Speaker 2

Question one. Okay. When we’re done with Press two, it opens up question two for everyone and so on and so forth. For those of you will, once again, we’ll actually get into the details of how you you create how you enter the remote control, because it’s in every game, you need to know how to enter it. And then it just goes by the order. So this is the two trial questions and I’m going to show a few riddles in the game. So you will get a feeling of of eight or 36 riddles. We’re not going to show half of them the event, but we’re going to show a few. Okay. Now, again, what you’re seeing right now is the actual presentation of the indoor game with all of its effects and music and everything that comes with it. Okay, so let’s start. Are you ready?

14:31 – 14:32

Speaker 1

Yes.

14:32 – 15:20

Speaker 2

So let me give you a tip before time is up, because once I started on your phone, time will start running down. If you’re not sure, you better guess. Okay. Before time runs out. Because then it’s an incorrect question. You have a one on one in four to answer correctly, which is these are cool odds. I will take it for the lottery. So this is one thing. And the second advice I will give you is that until you figure out what the connection is up on the upper row or what type of series, series. Don’t look at the answers. They will just confuse you. Okay. And if you’re not sure, you simply didn’t get the connection. If you’re not sure how it fits. You probably didn’t get the conclusion.

5 What is the next picture?

Tags: red shoes, Homer, The Wizard of Oz, next picture, Picture, Character, the Big Apple, Connection, Summer, Heel, Season, Movie, Game, Snow White, Second, The Empire State Building, New York

15:26 – 15:27

Speaker 3

Okay. First question for.

15:27 – 15:37

Speaker 2

You, Lisa. What is the next picture? Easy question, 40 seconds. Okay. Time is running. And the question is for.

15:37 – 15:38

Speaker 1

Summer.

15:38 – 15:52

Speaker 2

Homer. That’s right. So in the original game, we wait for the time to finish. We just want to make everyone accustomed to the time. But they’re missing the seriousness about seasons and correct answers.

15:52 – 15:55

Speaker 1

Because I haven’t played it before, so I don’t know. Oh, you.

15:55 – 15:59

Speaker 2

Haven’t? Okay, let’s. Let’s go to the next one.

15:59 – 15:59

Speaker 1

Yeah.

16:03 – 16:24

Speaker 2

Okay. Second question, also easy question. 40 seconds. It’s an air element question. What is the connection between the picture and the apple? A It’s also a. Are we lazy to put two A’s, one after the other?

16:24 – 16:27

Speaker 1

Maybe apps hold the map. Okay.

16:29 – 16:31

Speaker 2

Why? Why is it eight? Why is that?

16:32 – 16:41

Speaker 1

Definitely. So he elements in the plot of Snow White and also Mr. Steve Jobs. But actually, I don’t know the first one.

16:41 – 16:47

Speaker 2

So, yeah, it’s the Empire State Building. So it’s in the Big Apple in New York.

16:47 – 16:48

Speaker 1

Nice.

16:48 – 17:04

Speaker 2

But as you can see, you can get two pictures, right. And even worse. Okay. Okay. Let’s move to the next one. It’s a green question. Let’s see what you can do with that green question. There is a connection between the picture. What’s the connection?

17:08 – 17:11

Speaker 1

These are characters in The Wizard of Oz.

17:11 – 17:12

Speaker 2

All right.

17:14 – 17:19

Speaker 1

But how come they might come together? That’s. That’s a good question.

17:20 – 17:23

Speaker 2

That’s a good question. What’s the connection? There is a connection.

17:23 – 17:29

Speaker 1

There is a connection. There is a fourth character who is a girl. So I would go for high heels, maybe.

17:30 – 17:46

Speaker 2

Yeah. It’s not the heels. It. It’s the red shoes that she got from the witch from the east, right? Oh, it’s the red shoes. It’s also very known in the movie. The First Father. Mm hmm. That’s a picture. So it’s a Dorothy with the red shoes. Nice.

6 Advice for winning questions

Tags: difficulty, Theme, Advice, Blue, Giorgio Armani, Association, Versace, Lacoste

17:47 – 18:37

Speaker 2

So the next question is a blue question. I’m just going to show you a few blue and red questions. So you like how the difficulty level rises. And here is our advice for for the players. Before we get to the tougher questions. So if you playing a theme and this is crucial themes that follow this advice, win more points, say out loud what you see. For someone might because it’s a lot about associations. Someone might hear something. It’s Oh, oh, I know. It’s just. It landed for me. I understand what’s going on. Okay, so I’m going to show you the next question. It’s a blue. There is a connection between the picture 60 seconds, 27 point sexual year.

18:38 – 18:43

Speaker 1

Ego and their mother daughter alphabet. They.

18:46 – 18:53

Speaker 2

Oh, my gosh. There’s a connection. It’s a tough question. It’s a tough question. I remind you not to look at the answers, say out loud, what you see.

18:53 – 18:57

Speaker 1

Are these like brands of clothing.

18:59 – 19:02

Speaker 2

Maybe. And if they are, what would be the answer then?

19:03 – 19:08

Speaker 1

So for me, I don’t remember the brand name at the moment, but it’s the guys.

19:08 – 19:26

Speaker 2

I think that’s actually it. And I will say to the Yeah, to our listeners that I did not know the answer for this and she got it right. Meaning you got it right. So it’s actually. Yeah. Giorgio Armani.

19:26 – 19:26

Speaker 1

Okay.

19:27 – 19:34

Speaker 2

That’s the symbol. Lacoste. Versace has the Medusa and H&M.

19:34 – 19:35

Speaker 1

Mm hmm.

19:35 – 19:49

Speaker 2

And so the correct answer is the polo. Okay. Nice. Nice. Two more questions, and we’re done with the questions. Again, there are 36 and they’re very, very diverse. Okay, two more questions.

7 What is the next question?

Tags: team game, Diamond, James Bond movie, Casino Royale, Game, correct answer, Riddle, second row, NASCAR, next picture, Beers, Sixty, Picture, Connection, Russia, The Beers Diamond Company, Golden, Canada, crowd, film

19:49 – 20:01

Speaker 2

So after the blue question, we have one great question, which makes it just a bit easier. Okay. Here is the next picture.

20:05 – 20:16

Speaker 1

NASCAR 15 and 17. So this is the plan?

20:17 – 20:30

Speaker 2

Yeah, it’s actually a great one, but it’s a tough one. It’s not a very tough one. You just need to figure out because we actually put everything out there. And once I tell you what the correct answer is, you will see that it’s on the screen.

20:31 – 20:34

Speaker 1

This isn’t enough. That’s when I would need a team member to solve it.

20:34 – 20:37

Speaker 2

Yeah, you need to remember. Okay, so we have the 17 year old.

20:37 – 20:38

Speaker 1

This is a team game.

20:38 – 20:42

Speaker 2

This is a team game. Correct. But you got the blue one for your CS.

20:43 – 20:49

Speaker 1

For DS. I think that might be B Internet.

20:50 – 21:10

Speaker 2

Yeah. Nineties. It’s decades. It’s the fifties, sixties and seventies, the 80. You can actually see 1980 and then this. So as you see, you did it after time is up. So in the game you will kind of if you didn’t bet on something and nobody else knew the answer.

21:10 – 21:16

Speaker 1

And but it is good if you have a game where you get something incorrect because otherwise it’s too easy.

21:18 – 21:26

Speaker 2

It’s too easy. No. So, so far, we have questions that build your self-esteem.

21:27 – 21:29

Speaker 1

I know we are tough.

21:29 – 22:08

Speaker 2

And trust me, we don’t get a lot of thighs in this game. Okay. So the question is the red question and the questions usually have like more than one level of association. You have to figure out the connection, kind of understand what’s like putting all of them together and then figure out like why the answers are like they are and the answers are usually more deceitful or or are they trying to trick you in red questions? Okay. There is a connection between the pictures. This is a red questions for 32 points.

22:08 – 22:23

Speaker 1

Diamonds are forever infinity. There is no closing night and casino gambling. Hmm. Oh, and then we have the second row.

22:24 – 22:38

Speaker 2

We don’t look at the second row. I told you. Look only at the upper role. Try to figure out what’s the clever. But you’re actually very close.

22:38 – 22:43

Speaker 1

You actually make your life because diamonds are forever.

22:44 – 22:56

Speaker 2

This is not a serious there is a connection between them. They’re all connected to something. And this something also connects to one of them because on the lower wall, you actually send them.

22:57 – 23:11

Speaker 1

Home in person and. I have no idea. Maybe. Maybe we make it. No, no, no, no, no.

23:12 – 23:17

Speaker 2

Time is up. But I assure you that if you would have said those two things in the group, someone would pick it up.

23:17 – 23:18

Speaker 1

Mm hmm.

23:18 – 23:35

Speaker 2

Okay. Because diamonds are forever. Dr.. No. Golden I. Casino Royale. Royale. Yeah, because. And so the answer is.

23:35 – 23:37

Speaker 1

It’s a James Bond movie.

23:37 – 23:41

Speaker 2

There’s these are James Bond movies. And the correct answer is.

23:48 – 23:51

Speaker 1

It’s D from Russia with love.

23:51 – 24:24

Speaker 2

Direct from Russia with love. So you see this. So you’re actually very close because you name the first two by their names. Hmm. And people will hear diamonds are forever. For some of them, it will be like the Beers Diamond Company. Kind of. Okay. Doctor Who says no will for some people land in the area of Madison, but a lot of people, if they hear diamonds are forever, oh, diamonds, maybe it’s James Bond and then everything else falls into place and then it works. Okay.

24:24 – 24:31

Speaker 1

I mean, some of it cut out this part and just let viewers contact you to find out the answer.

24:31 – 24:32

Speaker 2

For this one.

24:32 – 24:33

Speaker 1

Yeah.

24:34 – 25:25

Speaker 2

You know what? Let me let me put another riddle for everyone. Yeah, I’m not going to say the answer. We’re not going to say the answer. Maybe we’ll say it at the end. Okay. So let me just pick one for the crowd that’s saying, okay, this is one offer for you viewers. This is a blue question. You have 60 seconds. See if you can figure it out in 60 seconds. What’s the connection between the picture of the 3 seconds and fast? 45 is actually a semi game with its evolution for most people in Western society. When we say what the answer is, they will say, of course, of course it is. So there is no leaving the subject.

25:25 – 25:34

Speaker 1

So if everyone are watching this and trying to solve and not finding the answers, then you have to definitely go to Canada to find out what is the correct answer.

25:37 – 25:58

Speaker 2

Okay. Three more seconds to go. This is where you play fair and square. You know, if you are up for the challenge and time is up. Okay. You figure it out. Wait till the end. You have to wait till the end to get the answer to this one.

8 Costuming the game

Tags: PowerPoint slide, indoor game, trial, film, Effect, Version, Music

25:59 – 26:29

Speaker 2

All right. I’m going to stop presenting for now. Yeah. Okay. So I’m just going to say a few words about costuming the game for. You know, for customers who want it to be personal or to be about them, we actually did it. Everywhere, from companies to holidays to birthdays.

26:29 – 26:50

Speaker 2

Okay. So the way the game is built is that you in the indoor game, the only thing you have to do. He’s changed lives. The PowerPoint slide just changed the picture section of the slide. I’ll show you how easy it is. Just show you how easy it is.

26:51 – 27:16

Speaker 2

Okay. So I’m going to share the screen for a second. If we decide to take this picture and change the picture, we have actually an extra PowerPoint that you can simply flip the pictures inside, because this way over here, you cannot move the pictures. And all you have to do is basically create a change the picture. So I’m just going to delete it. So you will see this is it.

27:17 – 27:52

Speaker 2

Okay. You put the picture in its place and this is it and it’s changed. You have your own picture there. So the only thing I will show this is a trial version, but I will show you with a not trial version. The clock stays, the music stays at the corner. So all the effects. The only thing you need to do is just put a different slide instead of this one. The game runs exactly the same. You do not have to change a thing in. It’s all over here. Because when they get a question. The answer.

27:53 – 28:20

Speaker 2

So one thing to remember, and this is important, the answer has to be a. The answer actually has to be a for this to to be the same. If you put the answer, see that they will all get the incorrect answer, even though they got the correct answer. So this is how simple it is. This is it. This is how simple changing the indoor game is to anything that you want. You have to be creative to create your own kind of things.

9 What is the most common bug?

Tags: many examples, Association, Trojan horse, Boggs, Location, Troy, Leader

28:20 – 29:09

Speaker 2

And we won’t have time for this now, but we have many, many examples of how we create this from companies who. We moved from different locations and then you put the three locations and you see what’s connected to them, or you put the fourth location as one of the options in the bottom. Okay? Or you put the CEOs backwards or. Or it can be just a question like what is our most common bug? And you can represent this bargains anywhere you want. If the bug is called Trojan Horse. You can put a picture of Troy out of and other names of Boggs and just the bag. And you can play with the pictures and.

29:09 – 29:40

Speaker 2

Great. Just remember, if you want to keep it creative. Keep it. Keep the associations alive. If you just write Trojan and then whatever bug, then it’s one thing. But if you actually put a picture from Troy from the movie and you put a picture of a bug and you put a picture of electric shock or something, then people have to not just know that it’s it’s the Trojan, but also figure out which one is the Trojan.

29:41 – 30:14

Speaker 2

Okay. The topics are immense, from history to math to history. And you guys, I said these three to leaders, two countries, to food, stories, movies, sports, you name it, everything, like everything. So if if if you’re not a big reader, you might miss a few reading questions, but you will get the sports book or kids stories or something like that.

10 How does it work as an outdoor game?

Tags: outdoor game, indoor game, Game, Bingo, first prize, Strategy, instruction, Winning, Score, instructor, Card, Text, Win, combination, Chat, Battle, Connection, Event, first place, Lock

30:15 – 30:17

Speaker 2

Okay, so this is.

30:17 – 30:25

Speaker 1

How this is really easy to actually to adapt in any language because it’s not text heavy, it’s picture heavy and.

30:25 – 30:28

Speaker 2

It’s zero text, no text.

30:29 – 30:29

Speaker 1

So yeah.

30:31 – 31:07

Speaker 2

Zero text. The only thing like even if you figure out the chain is, is a connection and arrow is a serious and you don’t know how to read whatever’s going on here, you can still play the game. Okay. I will I will advise people who take this game and work with it to create a local version of the game. This is the international version. In the local version, we actually play with Israeli pop or with events that happened or with the leaders we represent or with the hottest TV series that’s going on. And we’re presenting each character in just one item, and they have to figure out like, what’s the connection?

31:08 – 31:33

Speaker 2

Okay, okay. I’m going to stop sharing this part of the screen and screen and then we’ll talk a little bit about the way it works as an outdoor game. And let me just say that our best selling game is an outdoor game because of the way we can change them. I’m going to give you two business cases for working with this.

31:34 – 32:13

Speaker 2

Okay. So when we give instructions for the game. Well, you know what? Let me let me start with with the game itself. So this is the game in lock wins. And when what actually happens in lock is. It me just make all the things vanish. What happens in lock wins is in battle. Bingo is that we take all the points. From the card that they can see in the playground. And we spread them around just like this. Okay. So we spread them around the area.

32:13 – 32:47

Speaker 2

And now if you want to create some sort of combination, you have to kind of figure out what’s going on around you. You have to plan your strategy, how you’re walking to a particular place and not to another. And maybe your strategy is to get as many points as possible and what you’re going to do, what you’re going to kind of take everything in your wake. And maybe if you see that you’re very close to getting something, you will make one diversion just to make sure that you have some sort of price, because if you only get the first one, maybe you don’t get nothing. Okay?

32:49 – 33:46

Speaker 2

So we usually we play the game for 2 hours. However, we control how long the game takes by how close the points are to one another. Right. Because you want people to get as many reasons as possible to get towards feeling the cards. And so if you have this is a game for an hour and a half, for example. So we make every single lie closer together. If we want half an hour more. Well, simply spread the points just a little bit more. Just a little bit more. And people will have more time walking around. Unlike the indoor game, there is no time limit on the riddles. You can spend there half an hour trying to figure out what’s what’s happening. But this is probably a bad strategy to spend half an hour if you have 2 hours. So we switch from answering fast to kind of managing your time and your strategy.

33:48 – 34:08

Speaker 2

This game is played in teams of five. We try not to have a theme so far, even though if you have tablets, tablets then it’s easier. Themes of five we start, they get the two pop questions that explain how this game works and then they run out there.

34:09 – 34:51

Speaker 2

We actually did this game without having we did it once because we prefer having someone out there. But we ran this game once without anyone being there because the game experience, everything. Simply put in username and password. Actually, during COVID, we did this. We sent them the the instructions, which I will show you in seconds. We weren’t allowed to meet them because they were in capsules and they were outdoor. So we sent them the instructions. We had someone online talking the game and then we had just had someone at home sitting and looking over it. The ratio is like 1 to 51 instructor to 50.

34:51 – 35:14

Speaker 2

The game runs itself. The only thing you need to do is look at the chart for the point where people give the bingo. They have a bingo. And so they they shout Bingo. If you have it on your app, if you control the game with the app, you will see the chat. You don’t even have to look. It will pop on the chat of the app. Very, very easy game to run.

35:15 – 35:41

Speaker 2

Our record is 1000 people run by six persons, six instructors, 1000 face to face, game face to face game. 1000 people. Same area, all of them. Same location. Six instructors. We got two phone calls during the entire event, 143 things.

35:42 – 35:45

Speaker 1

143 things. So there’s impressive.

35:45 – 36:42

Speaker 2

This is this is why it’s a great moneymaker. This is why it’s a it’s a very good money maker. So people run around, they answer the questions. If I’ll show you the charts. You can see that they wrote the words over here so we can see them writing their numbers and so on. Some of them just try like eight, eight, eight is not a winning number, but they tried that or not a winning like war, but they thought maybe, maybe we chose eight, eight, eight as as something our instructor is communicating with them. See how little communication the reason the game okay the only thing that they do is reports the Bengals when they come back they’re eager to know the answers so we let other. So what was the answer with the diamonds and we let other people answer.

36:43 – 37:37

Speaker 2

Okay. So this is very cool. They do not know the scores until the end, so they don’t know who got first place. Basically, the rules are that the first place also got another prize. Let’s just say they got the rule. The X, they were really good and they got the first prize. So they get the first prize. But the x goes to second place and the row goes to third place, so score kicks in if someone from the top got more than just the top. They got another prize, another combination, so they drop it one level down. It’s not going to be the second person who have an X, it’s going to be the second one is score. So we’re not looking back to see who got the next two. People know that if someone got the x, nobody else like it. There is no point reporting your x.

11 What are the rules in this game?

Tags: Mining company, Factory, Game, Event, Fun, Clue, Bingo, Mission, Toyota, Pop, beginning, Theme, Car, Rule

37:40 – 38:29

Speaker 2

What else we incorporate in this game? We incorporate like extra points for taking pictures of whatever. Okay. Depending on the area. Like if we do it in a forest, we will not do things involving other people. But if we do it in a city we might like, shake hands to five people or six people or whatever, like scavenger hunt missions are there. When people ask us in this game at the beginning we actually changed the rules, like we changed the game, we changed the rules. If people asked it to be personalized, now what we do, we simply have pop up questions that will. So the personalized questions will pop up every once in a while, like bonus questions. They will not affect the board, but they will affect the score.

38:29 – 38:51

Speaker 2

Okay, so people love this. And yet and this is it. All the rest is we actually have clues in this game. We create we have clues in the game. There are five clues. So if there is a tie at the top, the theme that used the least amount of clues wins the game.

38:51 – 39:35

Speaker 2

Okay. Yeah. This is the game. Very easy to run. Very easy to custom made. It seems both like very like high tech. But we actually also ran it for a mining company, 4500 people in 150 different events. So this is also my kind of a very specific business guys we spoke to the company wanted to involve something about like they wanted to involve in their fun day, the once a year fun day. They want to involve something that’s both going to be fun and it’s going to be about them.

39:35 – 40:31

Speaker 2

So we created an entire bottle, bingo, loved one of our questions and we took that. There’s actually like nine different factories to this mining company. We took from each. We created the much smaller form. So it wasn’t a seven by seven, it was a five by five. And we put pictures that are about them. We ask each factory to send us like nine questions. Once they send us the question, we ask them to record one of their employees asking the question. About them. Like how many tons of sulfur does this reactor can handle? Okay, so we had a person from the factory actually, like built this reactor and they asked the question and their answers. They absolutely loved love. They loved it.

40:31 – 41:15

Speaker 2

So for every game, we had nine questions that are about them, about this particular factory, four questions that are about the big the big company, the big factory, and 4 to 5 questions about other factories. But only the coolest one. Only the ones that brings the most pride. Because if they know our company, we have our magnesium into Toyota cars, or we have the only device in the world that’s read this. This is cool. And we wanted to put this up front. Three years in a row, 150 people, actually 150 events every year. They loved it. They absolutely loved it.

12 What is Battle Bingo?

Tags: Task, Battle Bingo, Game, Presentation, Google, Win, Chance

41:16 – 41:16

Speaker 2

Okay.

41:18 – 41:34

Speaker 1

So what I got from you as an organizer, it’s really easy to run as a participant. The tasks are highly fun and interesting. Plus, you might have, like, customized tasks in the game.

41:36 – 41:59

Speaker 2

Yes. So think about regular questions where you can find the answer in Google. Okay. Let’s just say you have this. It’s either you know it or you don’t. And there might be some person in the team that knows or, you know, knows most of the stuff. Okay. If somebody answers the question, you don’t feel involved because someone else answer the question in their win.

42:00 – 42:36

Speaker 2

Right. However, if there is an associated game and you get a chance to say even something small during the the thought process, you are part of the thought process. And so this is your wins. Well, this is what makes this game so loved by people. Okay. So just play with this idea in your head of a riddle that everyone is involved in solving. If you said something out loud, you either eliminated an option or you made it closer to solution. And every once in a while, there will be something you said.

42:36 – 43:00

Speaker 2

Oh, I know this one. I know this one. Okay? Cause I know, you know, soccer, football, or I’ve seen all of James Bond movies or I have little kids. So I know there’s some things that are parents will will figure out faster than than parents. Yes. So this is it. Hmm. Battle bingo. In all its glory.

43:01 – 43:07

Speaker 1

Thanks. There’s a thrilling presentation with so many examples. That’s amazing.

13 What you need to do to get started playing this game

Tags: Game, Event, crowd, Fun, Field, Reward

43:08 – 43:18

Speaker 2

Yeah. So let me just say what you need to do to get started. Okay. Because from. From field to place, kind of.

43:18 – 43:34

Speaker 1

Yeah, that would be my next question. You know, if someone really, really wants to play this game, how they should contact you. And also, if someone wants to implement this in their event company or team building company, then what should they do next?

43:35 – 44:11

Speaker 2

So if you want to, let’s start with people who just want to have this event. Let me say that the indoor version is an hour long. Okay. And if you’re the one passing it, you should try a bunch of times to get the temple correct. We ask people all the time like what the answer is, and there is a whole play. You should see one game before before you. You run it for yourself in an indoor kind of environment, because there is a dynamic with a crowd. There is a dynamic with a crowd.

44:11 – 44:46

Speaker 2

And some people. Oh, I know, I know. The answer I actually got. It’s correct. It’s only that I got it correct. And they say the answer is D because. And then they give the most ridiculous answer. So this is something to work with. Oh, my God, you were the one. The more luck than brain’s reward for this particular question. That’s great. It is the correct answer for not the correct reason. Anyone knows what the correct reasoning. And so you can. You can play with this, allow people to feel like like they got it. Okay. So it’s a lot of fun. It’s a lot of fun.

14 What are the best games for kids?

Tags: Game, online game, Presentation, instruction, reel, Sixty, Location, Rule, Google Maps, India, Europe, Brazil

44:48 – 45:36

Speaker 2

The entire game we’ve done from we have the hundreds, I’m taking it like the top 100 physics professors. From all over the world. The convention. We rank this particular game. They absolutely adored it. They loved it, challenged them. It really challenged them. And we had it for kids. So we have a pack of questions for kids. We have this whole presentations for for kids. And and it will not fit you wherever you are, because usually kids are familiar, like with the local pop culture and stuff like that. We will not put a James Bond reel of movies from the sixties if we have teens or kids or whatever. We create an entire new set of rules.

45:37 – 46:10

Speaker 2

So one one answer I was diverting. If you want to run this game in your company, for your company, you should have someone professional do this. It’s okay if you do it online. This could be me or one of our top presenters. If it’s an online game and we’ve done online games before on a global scale from India to Brazil, one game, 200 people finding the time is difficult right through Europe and everything.

46:13 – 46:46

Speaker 2

If you want to run it in in in an indoor facility, in an indoor place where everyone’s around, you need to actually train on this, on how to work this, on how to keep the tempo. You should train. You shouldn’t do it for the first time, not to mess up with the questions and everything. If you want to do it outside, it’s actually even easier than doing it inside because there is just giving the instructions and and placing the game.

46:46 – 47:12

Speaker 2

What we do is we move the game to your location. You will have to make one run to make sure that we didn’t place any point, you know, in an open construction site or behind behind the fence. We don’t see fences in in Google Maps. So you have to make sure to run to look through all the points. We will move points as we see your track. We will move the points if we have to do it once.

15 The Instructions

Tags: instruction, construction, urban areas, Mission, Menu, Map, QR codes, Game, Location, Hebrew, Forest, Page, English, Bingo

47:13 – 48:12

Speaker 2

The instructions are very easy to understand. Let me just show you for a second. It’s in Hebrew, but hopefully you will get the idea. So these are instructions. We have them in English as well. Sorry, I don’t have it here, but this is the instructions we give them. You actually have like arrows telling you exactly what’s going on in every place. This is how you find the location. This is the manual. This is how missions look like. If you want to go inside. This is you. If you want to go inside, just zoom in. This is how it looks. Just walk straight into the purple circle thicket map. Okay. This is how you move from ticket to map a whole row. If you got a Bingo, the the appropriate shield matching shield will appear over here. And so you have everything. You’ve got everything over here. We actually have QR codes to answer questions with gifts, like, how do I know my score? And you see a gift sending you to the menu. Open the menu. Press score.

48:13 – 48:47

Speaker 2

Okay, so we have that. Everything is here. Like everything is here. Instructions are actually a page long. Okay. It’s just an A4 page long. You have to explain the prices. You have to to explain the time and safety instructions. And. And you go out. You go. Once you locate one of the games, it’s there to stay. Just check it out every once in a while just to see that again. No construction sites or stuff. Outdoor in the forest. Indoor.

48:48 – 49:14

Speaker 2

Wherever you want. Okay. Indoor meaning. I’m talking about urban areas, not indoor, but also indoor. Urban areas can look at a play all over the streets, change some of the questions to fit the monuments, the history and everything we do. Small adjustments, especially when will we want to leave the game there. And it’s an important place for us to put it.

16 What is Battle Bingo like?

Tags: Game, Bingo, Battle Bingo, Butler, instruction, QR codes, the Armada, Key, Presentation, Event, Door, Clue, Content, Card, Christmas

49:14 – 50:05

Speaker 2

Okay. One conversation with asking Locate the game where you are sending instructions and you’re done. If if you’re a company owner and you want to have this part of your kind of arsenal, give us a call. Get instructions. Locate the games. Usually company owners know how to look at the place, the games, wherever. Every time you place a game in a different place, it’s there to stay. We make constant improvements in the game all the time with every look, with change. And there have been a lot lately. We make appropriate changes. Check with us once in a while if there is a new version. Okay. That’s easier to play. That has more movies that whatever. Okay. Yeah.

50:05 – 50:10

Speaker 1

Very much. I have actually one bonus question to you.

50:11 – 50:11

Speaker 2

Go ahead.

50:12 – 50:18

Speaker 1

If our viewer should remember only one thing from today’s conversation, what should it be?

50:23 – 50:24

Speaker 2

Characters too.

50:24 – 50:26

Speaker 1

You can choose to its associations.

50:27 – 51:14

Speaker 2

Okay. I’ll choose to. This game is a skeleton key. It opens every door. Okay. You get this game, you get the package. It opens every door. It doesn’t matter what the event is, it will probably fit. Okay. We need the 300 metre radius to play battle bingo outside so people will actually have an opportunity to walk. But you can put it inside a mole in QR codes. And so people have to search for them with using clues. Okay. So you see the cards you press says, oh, it’s near the record store and when you go and scan it. And so this is an extra version. So it’s a skeleton key everywhere and anywhere.

51:14 – 51:34

Speaker 2

Christmas. Birthdays. Company events. This is it. This is why our salespeople know. So what is Butler Bingo like? It’s for sure it will fit. Okay. Maybe there will be something that will fit better. But then let’s wait to see what else they’re saying. But Butler Bingo always fits whatever you want.

51:35 – 52:27

Speaker 2

And the second thing is the content. Okay, it’s very hard to understand this game without understanding how the reels are built and why the content is so important the way the content works. Is that it incorporates everyone. Everyone. It creates a conversation. Not it not and I know, I know, I know it actually creates conversation and people are engaged with one another. This is a not one person game that one person runs around. They know the answers or they don’t say, Hey, what’s the answer? No, everyone looking together. Every person sees something different and they appreciate that. The way they see things differently help their team. So these are the two things that.

52:27 – 52:54

Speaker 1

Thank you. So I’m very grateful you managed to join this presentation today, and I’m sure you have other really interesting games in your portfolio, so maybe you will introduce them later in the future because this is an ongoing series to bring your game on. Okay. The I hope you have a really successful autumn season and.

52:57 – 53:04

Speaker 2

Or book already booked cover to cover. Well, thanks a lot. Yeah. Next time we’ll do the Armada. Maybe.

53:05 – 53:07

Speaker 1

Yeah, maybe our mother. Okay. Bye.

53:08 – 53:09

Speaker 2

Bye bye.
