We are seeking the Software Testing and Support specialist to join the team in Tallinn, Estonia. Software Testing and Support specialist is the driving force behind Loquiz software quality control for Loquiz PRO web platform, Loquiz iOS and Android apps as well as handling customer support cases.

Testing and Support specialist will help to ensure Loquiz is rock solid:

  • Improve Loquiz platform by working with the Development team members
  • Create test plans and test cases
  • Carry out blackbox testing both in- and outdoors on new features before launch
  • Identify, record and document software bugs
  • Handle and troubleshoot support cases raised by the users
  • Manage support documentation in Loquiz support base

Expectations:

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Systematic and analytical in approach to solving the problems
  • Overall knowledge of programming concepts and IT
  • Ready to run tests outdoors as well as behind the desk
  • Drive to work without supervision
