{"id":8401,"date":"2021-05-04T22:43:50","date_gmt":"2021-05-04T19:43:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/loquiz.com\/support\/?p=8401"},"modified":"2026-03-16T18:28:43","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T15:28:43","slug":"activating-tasks-with-barcodes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/loquiz.com\/support\/activating-tasks-with-barcodes\/","title":{"rendered":"Task barcode activation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In Loquiz QR and barcodes (EAN-13) work as task activators, which means that they open the tasks once the player points the built-in code reader at the QR or EAN-13 code.&nbsp;QR and EAN-13 codes are additional activators \u2013 all the regular activators (GPS, iBeacons) still work, but these codes can be used in addition to those.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using BARcodes in the games<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To use barcodes in the games you need to connect EAN code with the task. For this, you need to know EAN code (numbers).
