How to transfer data between games?

I am building a game that has two parts. However the second part of the game has input from first part (some stuff collected during the game). Is there a way to build the second game so that it has input from the first game ?

You can actually connect by using QR codes !
From one part, make a QR and make it available in the list. Give the instruction that they need to take a screenshot and send it to the second team by email.
Then the second team can scan it to resume the story. Using the Creator, bring different logic depending on which QR was scanned (cf. media).
