This is minor development that has major influence on how you build games. Each question in a game can be marked location specific. While all the questions are tied to locations, some of the questions are actually about the specific surroundings. So naturally the location of these should not be changed. Otherwise the question will not make sense.
So you can mark these questions “location specific”.
What does it really mean?
Within the original game it is not important. It locks the question so that it can only be moved with the location. Other questions can be moved between locations as well.
However when you are creating several games with a “search” function it makes a big difference. Meaning you are taking questions from previous games and dragging them to your new game.
Questions marked as location specific can only be dragged with their location. So they preserve the same location also in new game.
Questions not marked “location specific” can only be dragged without a location. So they need to be dragged into a new empty location.
Let’s assume you are creating a new game for a client that wants to play it in London. You already have a game in London with some location specific questions. So you can drag and drop those with real locations. Then add some new locations on the map and drag and drop some general questions from any game you choose into those slots.
Add some client-specific questions and you are done!
