Collaborating with clients while creating a team building game or scavenger hunt for an event

corporate team building questions

Creating a customised game gives an excellent personal touch to the whole event. It is even more awesome when a company that you are creating a game for comes up with questions of their own. Getting input from clients can be a long process of exchanging emails, attaching word documents, ect. However, with Loquiz’s “collaborator” feature, you can actually let a client insert questions for you to use in  an upcoming game.

How does this work? It is possible to send a “Collaborator” link via email to your clients or students. The collaborator link enables them to insert their own questions into your Loquiz account for you to use in an upcoming game.

This way a client doesn’t have to become a user on your account (as it is reasonable for your colleagues to be users on your company’s Loquiz account). Also, a collaborator won’t see any other content or games on your Loquiz account.

-Collaborators can change and delete questions inserted via the collaborator page but once the question is inside a saved game, it stays there even when he/she decides to delete it.

-You can turn the collaborator link off and back on when needed. It enables or disables them to use the link for inserting questions.

-See how to invite collaborators and members to your account:

Try out entering questions as a collaborator on one public collaborator page: http://pro.loquiz.com/collaborate/c1651

We hope you can use corporate team building questions about certain companies more easily in games this way. Please share what methods you have used to get questions from people you have created a game for in the comments.
