One way to understand LOQUIZ is to think of it as a board game. A very large board game, where the board is based on the surrounding area. The objective of the game, naturally, is to get from start to finish in the shortest number of moves.
Ok, but what are the rules?
As in regular board games, there are numbered stages. These stages are in sequence, and every one of them is a real location. By moving from one stage to another you can reach the finish.
To help you get to the finish quicker there are shortcuts. Instead of advancing one stage at a time, a shortcut takes you forward or backward through several stages at once.
Unlike regular board games, your progress is not determined by luck (a throw of dice), but by your knowledge and wisdom. In every location a question is asked for the team. It is quite simple – if your answer is correct you move forward. If your answer is incorrect you move backward.
The team can see all the locations and shortcuts on your device, so you could and should make up a strategy to reach the finish with as few steps as possible. And yes, sometimes answering wrong is more beneficial than answering correctly.
